To help yall get started putting in recipes, here is an example of Frijoles a la Charra. This is basically what you see when you create a recipe. I removed some of the ingredients to make this page shorter.
There are a few things I would like to point out:
-- snip --
- It is tagged as beans, mexican, soup. If you're not sure what to put for the tag just think about where you would expect to find this recipe in a table of contents or index. Separate the words or phrases with commas.
- In the instructions, each step begins with a "# ". This turns into 1.,2.,3.
- If you enter the amount of each ingredient in the boxes, it can automatically scale the recipes.
A short description or "teaser" for the recipe.
The number of servings the recipe will make.
How long does this recipe take to prepare (i.e. elapsed time)
Optional. Does anyone else deserve credit for this recipe?
| Quantity | Units | Ingredient Name |
|---|---|---|
Step by step instructions on how to prepare and cook the recipe.
Optional. Describe a great dining experience relating to this recipe, or note which wine or other dishes complement this recipe
